ruffenready, the only shareholders who will have their trading records investigated by the SEC, IF ANY, will be the Opus members who are also shareholders (some are TIV's largest shareholders) and/or TIV Officers/Directors/employees who have been shareholders and trading TIV stock for the last 10 years.
Sorry, but non-Opus shareholders who been putting up red flags or even contacted the SEC about what they felt were security violations will not be investigated. Maybe rewarded if it turns out it was all true.
