And in a more transparent world, we'd have better knowledge on the value of Lehman's "illiquid" assets other than property. Anyone know if Lehman had any gold? I believe they had some uranium.

Yes, ok, another thing I'll have to do is to look at the DS again with respect to the Plan Administrator. Can he block our dividend, 18 months from now. Or will we have to wait until he's out of the picture, say in 2015 or so?
