Have you ever been through a R/S, especially with pink sheets? If yes, then you would know not to buy before a R/S and if you do buy, buy very little in case of a pop. Your value will still be the same with and without the R/S, but less shares and a higher pps. It has room to go down and will in most cases because they need to dilute to pay for operating costs and etc. or just flat out sell shares for no reason (which is not the case here).
