I have no indication that they are any more bullish now than they ever have been. Most companies are going to say "we are the best and we're improving" regardless of whether or not they actually believe that. Seems to me I have seen other companies say positive things right before a round of dilution.
Other possibility for IDTA to be selling shares is Jaacoff has a car payment due or they need toilet paper for the offices.

How many times can one buy into the hype and BS? Thats why I am surprised that you are taking any of this serious. Where is this alleged PR about the implied 36,000 schools just waiting to buy $1,000 of product each from Identa. Profits in the $20 million dollar range ! Is this based on any fact? This is like watching a rerun of Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, its just a bad movie thats hard to watch. IMO
