i thought i heard rosen last hearing saying the money set aside will be freed up now or sth like that.

i am not sure, so i ll listen to file again and confirm if he really sth in that regard

I thought I'd heard that too, but IF the judge ordered the debtors to set that money aside, aren't they required to do so? Remember, she can make changes to the deal and if she's expecting that money to be there and it's not part of the plan, somebody needs to account for it. imo
