That's right, when i trade a stock, then this is my investment philosophy. But IMO ICPA is not the typical stock, that you try to buy at the lowest point and sell after 30-50% gains.

For me, this is a long term investment and if i were the bid sitter with 5 million at .0028 i would not mind in some month if i bought it at .0034 when the PPS is at .05!!!

But maybe this one is just buying low to flip and sell after 2-3 upticks!!!
