They had enough cash to pay Dr. Barnhill over half a million bucks in 2010, and I don't suppose he'll pull down any less in 2011.

$500,000 will pay for quite a bit of fancy lawyering, even against the behemoths.

But HDVY tends to pay its suppliers with paper in the form of free shares, and its "managers" - even the ones who leave through HDVY's revolving door - in cash - and lots of it.

And fancy lawyers want cash - the ones that take shares are good for a few bogus filings, but not for real work.
