I am Holding another stock that I bought in really BIG @ 9 cents thinking it was the bottom .. BUT guess what, I was wrong , the stock dipped to 1.5 cents and stayed there for 2 month .... I didn't know what to do , then i decided to buy more shares and average even more down and GLAD I did ... the stock moved from 1.5 cents to 8 cents in 7 days and still going up with no news Cuz it was way over sold and BOOOOOOOOOOOOM news came out yesterday and it is expected to FLLLLLLLLLLLLy .

Making a long story short; If u beleive in CEYY stock u need to buy at these levels when no one is watching (which I am doing right now )
