Waggett, Jwez... Tivus had mentioned HOST had bought up advertising space in August, charging Tivus' rate card. If at all possible, can Tivus release some of the advertisers that Host had chosen?
Tivus had also mentioned signing on Hard Rock Cafe, some Philly professional sports teams, etc.... If at all possible, can Shiva give out how long these advertisers are locked in for? If at all locked in?
Not sure if this was explained..... Does Tivus get a share of On-Demand Movie rentals, Video Games, etc? Or is their a monthly fee only to the hotel, and the hotel keeps that profit from sales? ( Ex. 3.5 million contract/5= $700,000 per year/12 months=$58,333 per month ) ( Money would come in monthly on this contract due to Tivus financing install )
Another question.... How are customer complaints and issues taken care of at Philly Marriott? ( Kind of explain that whole process if possible ).
Another question.... Host has a few hotels in their portfolio with Malls connected....Has Host given any consideration installing your system into these hotels?
That is all i can think of....Would be much appreciated if some ( all ) these questions are answered.
