What the basher doesn't comprehend is that you can't "create" shares with paper and ink. Just like you can't "create" a good check by stealing a check book and filling in you name as President.
If the CEO had nothing to do with the scam, then the counterfeit shares can't be used to settle a buy. Those who initially accepted the counterfeit shares, likely scamster's broker, will ultimately bear the loss, and others in the chain of negotiation, if those brokers have no funds.
This is not going away.
