Agree Lochan. I think you are correct.
It is close as evidenced by the update on the NSOS on 02/08/12.

For those that didn't hear it; evidently FINRA required a notarized document that has now been submitted.

EXTO soon to be a Bayport chosen ticker. And the new CUSIP number should give a boost the PPS as ALL shares will be accounted for and that should cuase some covering (if any naked shorts exist) with Market Makers or at the brokerages.
