it is interesting that Mr. Owens is still the owner of 7.5M shares of nhs.

do you think that is null/void/moot?

according to the NHS SHARE ISSUANCE HISTORY originally 450M shares on april 19 2011 were set aside, for centacom nhs share exchange of may 12 2011.

according to the NHS SHARE ISSUANCE HISTORY on october 7 2011 there is this entry 10/7/11 -442,500,00....which seemed to bring the total of nhs shares down to a total of 57,355,401 shs

same day 10/7/11 came a flood of entries including digenova 15M shares and bucket story 10M shares. at the end of the day october 7 2011 the NHS SHARE ISSUANCE HISTORY total then was/is 314,855,401.

obviously the court will decide the 442.5M control block
given to QUASAR by Mr. Canouse.

btw Mr. Owens will weigh in wrt to nhs and DIGENOVA.

as folks know QUASAR is suing nhs.
as folks know QUASAR is suing JEFFREY DIGENOVA.
