1- they could be waiting on approval for the r/s. Fann probably thought he gave enough time to get the r/s approved by putting a january 31st date on it. Sometimes(all the time) the governing bodies work really slow!!(no surprise there)
2- any company can release a 8-k as necessary. There is no set schedule for 8-k's.
I firmly believe that once the r/s is in effect we will see that elusive super8k! Just my thoughts.
