that's a slippery slope---if that settlement is vacated, what about others---leaving a court issued $100M+ gorilla in the room...and despite the optimism here-this ain't much different then a BK windup where assets often go for a song and common shareholders don't even see crumbs after creditors, lawyers, and Indian chiefs are finished at the trough....

I hope this IP is realized as the threat that it is to those who don't own it--and the bidding reflects that...but I don't count on it as I have seen drug licenses basically get stolen in BK auction :-(
