They have been working on this deal since 2010 or early 2011. Obviously Scott thought it was a done deal when he said it would close in 30 days in October.

Since that didn't happen something changed that he didn't expect. That is where we are now, waiting to know what changed and how it impacts the transaction shareholders approved, albeit with latitude to do as he sees fit.

I haven't been able to determine if the scoping study is proceeding or stalled? Merle added no useful knowledge.

Anyone know about that?
