Dont know. I know in rollback Howard spoke of trying to increase shareholder value as part of rollback benefit, even though it hasnt been filed with Sec. of State.
Hadnt seen the latter part of the quote in any document or PR, so im guessing your saying HOWARD,and ive just missed that part of quote. I normally read and reread but miised it if thats from him.

But i do agree, every stockholder should want that. Its the matter of what strategy gets it to that point.
