Actually that is not completely correct. The CC will begin at 1.45 PST, and the pr comes out sooner. I believe quite a bit sooner, but I don't quite recall.

I am trying to go back and find the usual time the pr comes out.

The last CPST PR on November 9, 2011, notifying of the quarter results were pr'd at 1:15 Pm PST, immediately after the close.

I thought that they came out after the close........
