That's why Marchi is clearly not the right person in charge of AIMH. He doesn't even know what he claims is his own company.

The basis for the company not being a shell company is that the financials show both revenues and assets other than cash, implying that it is operational.

Of course, since there are several other items in that filing that make no sense, there's no reason to believe that, either.

I think Marchi did not want to identify it as a shell corporation because he planned on issuing fabulous PRs claiming activity. If they voided Marchi's deal, then it's not an issue.
