That is a given. People are waiting. Those interested in taking the "pre-show" risk are in already. Those waiting to see the financials are waiting on the side lines. So, minimal share activity as we wait. This is known to everyone and we either accept it or move on.
The real question is whether they should release the Qs now and risk "news lulls" before the 10k and 1st 10Q causing the run to stall, or, should they time the release so that the run will sustain past the 1st 10Q and through to the end of the dredging season in SL. I am with the later approach. Time the release of the 10Qs so as to best feed the stock run through the 10k and 10Q for Q1. Any other option is merely appeasing the nervous nellies and not be in the best interest of the rest of the share holders.
You need to ask yourself, do you want to appease your curiosity? Or, do you want the best bang for your buck? The you want the former, invest in a blue chip like Avago, IBM, Microsoft, etc. If you want the latter, sit patiently and give the management team a little more time to do this right.
