The way you attack ANY property is .. you go for the jugular or the home run right away. The best place on the Property with a hole that you believe is sure to hit. A hit makes it easier to get more money .. and you always need money. A 'bomb' at the start really hurts. I think they took their best shot and got skunked. And that's not good.
