Swell deal aye? Lawyers get 100% of what they ask, $3.2 million. LTW holders get 5.6% of the $337 million reserved by the judge, plus a tiny percentage of 30% that the commons might get of Newco. And the 30% that the commons might get is still up to the judge. And all of the objections never have to be addressed.
