They figure revising history of my record will help. There are many

history revisionists!

They never planned to make placement, just sell shares, RS and Change

Name but my legal standing has stopped them and now they are

cornered at no bid. They are frustrated that I will not approve 750

Million Share Structure and NDCI Name Change they made 12/6/2011.

They have been cooking books, OTC Filing amendments and IR Portal

smears and spreading talking defamation and smear points but that will

only make it worse. Regulators see right through their Fraud.
