It's only two million dollars. Haven't you heard? The CEO bought $5,000 of shares on the open market. What is that compared to a measly quarterly loss of $2 million? IMNSHO. *disclaimer ns = not so

He will sell his shares that he currently owns in the open market (118,500) at some point, I think everyone can agree on that one, but the restricted shares, we do not have to worry about that. I wouldn't say 118,500 shares can cause the dilution panic, it would be like you or I selling our shares in the open market right??? Yes if he were to sell his boat load of shares then I would agree with the dilution panic but guess what they are restricted.
