Correct! FINRA states that the RegSHO data is likely manipulated, in the ability for market makers to under report their daily short volume and their bimonthly short interest for OTC stocks such as DHSM.

With or without a buyin, DHSM will be pushing past $2 again sooner than later. My prediction is that we may be seeing the PPS north of $6 with the announcement of the valuation and the addition of a buyin.
