dpbe did a 1 for 5 reverse split on 4-08-2008 leaving an approximate o/s of 98 million shares. The stock was priced at .10 post rs.

As anyone who actually OWNS the stock knows, the price post-reverse was .02 NOT .10


So when the opening statement is misstated and miscalculated to a factor of 500%.....well, you can extrapolate the rest.
