But how would you ever get third party confirmation since Veltex Transportation and All Coast - Memphis are the same people doing the same business out of the same office with the same address and phone number? LOL

That one is easy. When I called today AllCoast told me that the trucks were from Veltex and I have confirmation of the ICC and USDOT numbers being valid.

Veltex gave me the numbers and AllCoast shows as the operator.

I'm looking in to AllCoast for links now.
Things looking up. That's for sure. At least we know that we are definately "in business."
