Last quarter when the financials were delayed the stock took off, because the reason was that he was too busy and just hired a bunch of new staff to handle all of the business.

First of all, the Q4 report isn't due until the end of March. The Q4 financials are scheduled to come out pretty early, and I think Danny deserves a lot of credit for that. If they are delayed, then they will still come out quite early. That will NOT cause a decline in PPS because a report that is delayed to STILL come out early is not a material change. Q4 already happened and delaying an early release to a time that is still an early release does not result in any fundamental change to the company's value as a result of what happened in a past quarter. Learn the game. ;-)

With all of that said, I highly doubt that the release will be delayed.
