They get to on a when received basis...but no one there would tell me where we were in the line... I can understand why... let say they knew we would be cleared on Feb 15 and then told me that...would kind of give me the inside jump on knowing that if I buy shares now and they announce on the 15th the chill is lifted that may cause the stock to run up...I am sure you can see how that would be a conflict....
All we can do now john is just wait for them to get to us and get us cleared...
