Yep - when I started trading (about 2 years ago) I didn't quite understand the 3-day settle rule, so I got a bunch of restrictions early on. I've learned my lesson. I only "turn around" a buy order when I buy with cash; other than that I hold for 3 days. I learned my lesson. I don't want to piss off Schwab - they have been very good to me.
That's also why I only buy up to $2,000 on any penny stock.
