Anyway----Scott Trade don't care diddly about you personally. Fidelity doesn;t care diddly about me personally--they just do a better job of transferring stock.
Someone who does care about you is Investor Relations at the Company. Go to the U.S. Silver Corporation website and find Heather's number and call. It may result in nothing but it could be helpful.
