Just a lot of little things arent adding up for me here. My buddy I mentioned earlier also was sent an email from management saying first that "ALL shareholders were sent proxies", and then when he asked why he hadnt got one, management said that it is THE BROKERS responsibility to distribute the proxy. So I called my broker, he said that that is 100% incorrect, and that it is the company that should send the info to the shareholders.
So, obviously only the "special" shareholders received their proxies, I know a number of others including me did not. So, in essence management misrepresented that issue. If they can do that about this one thing-they can do that about others. That and a number of other things ( for example the silence) have me concerned. Again, I am long and for now plan on staying long, but I WILL NOT BE BLINDED BY GREED!!! I have seen too many others be blinded by their rose colored glasses-especially in the OTC, and I am sensing that some of you here as as well. It is fine to be supporting of your company, but dont overlook all of the little red flags that we are seeing here.
After all this is still a penny stock on the pinks, its not MSFT or INTC with a long solid history to stand by.
