Did you know that our customer service department is as lonly as the maytag repairman, Sony has now begun to use mediamax, WHY?
because our complaints are 3/10ths of 1% of all units sold/produced. The competition to which you refer to, well, LOL
lets just say their are issues there.
Check your research, how may releases have they gotten lately? LOL, in a nut shell, it is not the same product. good question. Thanks.
