The company prepares the 10q's themselves using the format set up by their auditors. Then the auditors and your SEC attornies review the filing. Then you Edgarize it and submit it. The financials are not audited but they are reviewed by the auditors. So hopefully going to meet with their auditors means they have 10qs ready for review. Also, they will probably be well on their way working on the 10k for 12/31/11 due by end of March.
