Sorry I disagree.

CPI is not changing exchanges from the NYSE to NASDAQ. It is changing from a NYSE listed stock to an OVER-THE-COUNTER stock. OTC stock listings are maintained by NASDAQ but they are not considered NASDAQ listed stocks.

100% wrong! It is DOWNGRADED to the OTC market, not Nasdaq exchange! Your post information is very misleading to investors...
