I voted against the plan as an act of providence. I had intended to vote for the plan and somehow marked reject the plan completely unintentionally. I then attempted to fax the ballot to Penson as instructed but having removed the long distance feature from my home phone it could not send. I then went to the post office and mailed it Priority Mail $18.95 for it to be delivered one day earlier than regular mail but it ensured delivery before the cut off by one day and I did not want to take the chance. Once I returned home I picked up the mess and went to file it and looked one more time at it and said WTF I did what?
Oh well I am but one of thousands.
By the way I was reading the Y board and they were discussing that the judge had given class 12 voting privileges again in a sufficient amount to cram down class16 and that would require full payment to the H’s with a remaining balance after the subrogation is paid to the bonds of approximately $11.00 I can not confirm that number and still think there are too many unknowns for a number of any accuracy.
