If the ATTD convertible note holders are receiving shares concordant to the value of their notes, the holders would inherently seek to convert the notes when the share price dips to obtain the maximum shares for their notes, IMHO.
THAT, indeed, proves MOST IMPRESSIVE!!! When the revenues start rolling in hard-core, which they will, the PPS for ATTD will therefore receive brut-force upward pressure the likes of an MX Missle!
