I called OTC markets and they confirmed that yes NSRS was added to the Caveat Emptor list and the website will be updated soon. Call OTC yourself and you can confirm.

See OTCmarkets.com link....it's official, NSRS is CAVEAT EMPTOR. NSRS has the skull and crossbones. You see, I wasn't lying when I mentioned it earlier today.
