How could they be funding these on the backs of investors? There haven't been "investors" in over 2 years... where've you been? It's a been a small handful of pumpers buying a few mil here and there. Your claim is entirely false. Identa has not raised nearly a respectable amount of money since late 2009 when they were putting out press releases pumped with hype and fluff. Now look at them, 2 years later, still being bashed to the ground for lousy management.
Product is there, quality is there, potential is there. Business acumen? They don't have a clue..
Maybe a bigger player will come in and scoop these guys up, after all, Yaacov's got to be tired from being hung out in the wind the past couple years. All those hyped up press releases and the investors called them out on it.
Don't get me wrong, I still think Yaacov is the dumbest CEO on the planet, but at least there's a highly functional product, it's just a matter of getting something to click here and we can all make a buck on Yaacov's back for a change. Maybe if Yaacov lays off the dope he'll prove investors he's doing right by them with a few decent and detailed press releases.
