Notes are like Bonds, but hard to sell I bet..
Litigation Proceeds too...just like Litigation Tracking warrants.
You can win the case, but never get the money because the lawyers want to fight about it until it is gone.

I want Newco Stock, that has potential as a merger/acquisition target because of the NOLs.
That is where the real value is, and the liquidity/saleability potential is much greater. IMHO.

Were the common shares cancelled and new ones reissued? Are the previous shareholders entitled to any part of that cash?

I lost $1800 with this one, but I calculated that I could possibly and actually get more than this back if the cash was paid out to the stockholders. What do you think about all of this?
