Would appreciate your or someone else asking whether ERHC expects the Feb. 29 meet in Sao Tome to conclude its EEZ PSC negotiations and, if not, what is the expected timeframe for conclusion. Also what is the status of search for JV partner for the two blocks.

On a related front: whether ERHC is actively working on exercising its 15% paid options in two other EEZ blocks. If so, what is the timeframe?
