Not gagged. Their TA is RTCO. Most of their customers are big board stocks. When called they say they don't provide that information about any of their clients. They say you'll have to contact Sycamore directly for that information.

SEGI was formerlly IMRX which was a NASDAQ company.

The company's plan is to go back to the OTC and become full SEC filing.
