E-mailing the CEO asking for news is wrong. Asking him questions about the business structure = sensible
When e-mailing Glover surely asking the right questions he would be able to answer the various points raised. It appears either he hasn't been asked the right questions or he himself doesn't have the answers. Has anyone actually received an e-mail that is more than one word or one line? Has he actually addressed any points raised properly apart from answering "Yes" or "soon"
