That would be great info to know id TECO was a micro cap company or a pink. The TRUTH is that they are not a micro cap or a pink! They are a fully reporting company, therefore they are subject to all the rules of the SEC and would lose their status if they were not. Go to www.otcmarkets.com and you can see for yourself that they are on the top of the OTC not pink!
