Another reason OPMG is most likely NOT diluting..

Issued 18,000,000 shares of common stock, 37,000,000 one-year warrants exercisable at $0.01 per share and 25,000,000 one-year warrants exercisable at $0.02 per share;

Similar pre-emptive rights as the Bieber Group although not keyed to a percentage

Keith is getting x amount of shares, not x percentage of company, as noted in the quote above.. " not keyed to a percentage."

Therefore, he will be affected by dilution just the same as us. The anti-dilution protects him from losing money, by protecting him if shares are sold below the exercise price. So he will not lose any money if the stock goes down below .01/.02, but he won't gain either. Keith has x amount of shares, and will only make a profit by selling them above .01 & .02 per share.

Phoneguard is promising us 'guns blazing campaigns' since August 2011.... Seems long enough, it is time to deliver now.

Promise after promise was not kept by them. I hope they realize how many people they pushed in buying more in order to average down and everytime needing to buy more in order to average down even more. (And it's still continuing...)

A lot of people will lose a lot of money, just because believing all promises made by St Clair. I hope he realises this!!!
