MM's cant borrow/use shares in a selling status. Limits their manipulation.

Never knew for sure if this was true, but seems to work sometimes.

If you have your shares at a high ASK, your shares cannot be used for borrowing as they are being obligated by the owner of those shares.

If you do not put your shares at a high ASK, these shares are free and available for the brokerage to lend for others to short.

This only applies to accounts that borrow on margin. If you borrow on margin, put your shares at at a high ASK. I have mine at 50 cents.

The O/S is low with ATRN and this will make a difference.

What I am saying is 100% fact and you can verify this with your brokerage.
