The news that the IMS acquisition is off is indeed interesting, but has no relevance to e.Digital IMO. The decision as to whether or not to include e.Digital in its plans for future IFE products was certainly made by Wencor long ago and from all indications from both e.Digital and Wencor is that e.Digital is not involved in the embedded digEsystem.

With the IMS issue in the way, it was hard for the hypesters on the agoracom board to pump concepts like Wencor needing e.Digital so badly that wants to take a huge stake in the company so it can control it.
