That being the case my hat off to this Judge Amy in doing a good job of not tipping her hand as to a decision. That would cause a swing in the PPS one way or the other prior. Stock PPS only showing a speculative swing currently. So as you say we will have to wait and see.
This case has been in the courts for awhile and sometimes cases can go on for years thats the down side one has to concider here.
May take a small position for the heck of it.
