With a brain injury, and spending close to two months in the hospital, there is no way in hell that he will be back doing anything on that mountain himself this year. I work with brain injury on a daily basis.
If he doesn't sign a deal soon to have someone else take over the mining operations, that $10,000 left in the checkbook will dry up fast (if it hasn't already) and this thing will be over. He should have taken the offer when he had the chance (I believe it was last summer, but i could be wrong, the years just seem to drag out with this company).
