I agree, RS most time sucks, this will reduce attendees due to OS decrease... also I think this was one reason why it got delisted from Nasdaq cos market cap was lower than the requirement.
ATRN will meet uplist requirments without RS since they're doing reconstruction, let's hold and see... something may happen sooner than we expected.
