I record the ranks every day (except one...I totally forgot it)
I actually take a snapshot of it every day and then from there do the calculations.

You can't see any other information on alexa (Traffic, hits etc) until they get a rank under 100,000.

From my research you can't go back to see previous days rank. That is why I take the snapshot so I have it every day.

We are on our way there if we keep going like we are.
